Absolutely! We want you to be happy with our service and offer a WRITTEN QUALITY GUARANTEE.. We will offer you a second cleaner if the first isn’t right. And, if you are still not happy, we will terminate the service and refund our fee.
What kind of service can I expect?
We offer a professional and personalised cleaning service to suit your needs. We will talk to you about your cleaning preferences and expectations for your home. Our cleaners will treat your home with respect and care. Choose from our price plans which offer a choice of days and emergency cover, more details are shown on the pricing page.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
We aim to provide the same cleaner with our plus plan, and we provide an experienced alternative cleaner to cover holidays and emergencies as you require.
Are your cleaners experienced & insured?
The level of experience will vary according to the cleaning package you select. Our top tier cleaners have many years in the cleaning industry. We offer support and training to those wanting to start a career in cleaning to ensure they meet our service standards.
All our cleaners are covered for public liability, personal injury and breakages.
Can you use my cleaning products?
Yes, all of our cleaners use your own cleaning products, mop, hoover, cloths and dusters from your homes. This way we know we are using the products you like and we ensure no cross-contamination between homes which is especially important for allergies and illnesses.
To make things really easy Domestique can provide a starter pack for any homes that do not have the necessary tools and products to keep your home clean, these will be left in your home for your cleaner to use each time. Please call for more information regarding costs and specifics.
Alternatively we are able to provide cleaning products and equipment should you require.
How do you select your cleaners?
We have a robust recruitment process to ensure that our cleaners are interviewed, vetted, and meet our high standards of service. We want you to be happy with our service and take the utmost care in matching the right cleaner to the right home.
How long will it take to allocate my cleaner?
Typically we commence service within 3 to 10 working days. If you wish we arrange an initial meeting between you and your cleaner, prior to our starting; this can take a few days to organise.
Which day will my cleaner come?
If you have a preference we will aim to work with you to find a suitable day for your house to be cleaned, for convenience our plus plan allows a choice of 3 cleaning days.
What cleaning tasks are covered?
We will listen to your requirements and provide a personalised cleaning schedule for your home covering all the tasks you require. Our cleaners are insured to carry out any housework you require in the boundaries of your house. Please be aware that we are not insured for any work required outside of the home.
What happens if my cleaner doesn't turn up?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can find out what has happened and find a solution.
Does the service continue if my cleaner goes on holiday?
We will let you know when your cleaner is on holiday and talk to you about what you would like to happen. We can provide holiday cover if you wish, some of our clients are also happy to miss a service if their regular cleaner is on holiday.
How do I get started?

As soon as we fully understand what type of service you need we can match a suitable cleaner with a convenient start date. We also have an on-line booking form if you wish to book a cleaner and are happy for the service to start without an initial meeting.
